To change or cancel, write to service@ormuth.com with your order number as soon as you can. If the order has not left us, we will take care of it.

Complimentary on every order, within the United States for now. We email you the moment your order leaves us.

Every order arrives in the house box, ribbon tied, with no price inside. If it is for someone else, give us their address at checkout and we send it directly.

Should your order be anything less than right, write to service@ormuth.com within thirty days of delivery with your order number, and we will replace the item or reimburse you in full, whichever you prefer. If a parcel arrives damaged, include a photograph and we will send a replacement.

There is no need to send anything back unless we ask; if we do, the return shipping is on us. The full terms are in our Refund policy.

A fragrance and a base, nothing else. The base is a clear, low-odor carrier: phthalate-free, biodegradable, and made largely from renewable sources. The ingredients and allergens for each scent are listed on its page.

Our fragrances contain no animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.

Keep the vessel out of reach of children and pets, on a protected surface, in a ventilated room, and away from heat and open flame; the liquid is combustible. It can also mark wood, stone, painted finishes and textiles, so wipe the neck after turning the reeds. Do not ingest. If any is swallowed, contact a doctor or veterinarian.
